This company is awful. I would give them 0 stars if I could. They are inept and useless, they are lining their own pockets. . I paid them for 2022. A whopping £1600 , they waited 2 years and now want another £600 for 2022. When legally they cannot ask for money after 18 months has passed. They have increased our fees and now want a further £1000 for 6 month of 2025! They are not transparent. They won’t give us a proper explanation of why they want this money. I hate firstport.
We moved out of our property on November 4th 2024, we paid £600 to First Port for the pleasure. Our account was paid up to date We have had several letters redirected to us and each time we have called to say we do not live at the property and our account is clear, today we received another letter with an additional charge and stating that our account is being handed to a debt collection agency. If I could give zero stars, I would! FirstPort is an absolute disgrace—completely incompetent, unprofessional, and impossible to deal with. Their invoicing is a complete mess—random charges appear throughout the year with no explanation or breakdown. I’ve been sent incorrect invoices repeatedly, and despite multiple requests, they refuse to provide clear details of what I’m actually paying for. How can a company operate like this? If it was possible to put zero stars i would, I cant wait to never deal with this company again. Charged me for a different buildings water bill then it takes 4 months to get my money back.
