1) you tell someone they’re lying when they’re bawling and in tears explaining how they feel. 2) you talk shit about your patient, IN EAR SHOT, laughing about them using their name. 3) rude as can be. This ONCE was a good hospital. I don’t know what happened to this hospital. But you have no respect for patients or their families. The only nice person so far, our transporter.
Wonderful staff. We were in the Neurology unit and everyone was kind thoughtful and considerate. When other arrangements had to be made they were readily available with any questions we had and supported our every need. Thank you so much for everything
