Avoid this hospital!!!! I had gallbladder surgery in Dec 2017 and got a c diff infection at the hospital. I missed one month of work and nearly lost my job. Also, be warned that doctors bill separately at the ER. In addition to ER copay, I was sent at $1300 from Dr. Song Yih Tu, who is an arrogant jerk. They don’t tell you this upfront!

This is my first day as Family physician I this very good health system
Poor service. Long ER wait times. “Treating” more than what your complaint is (came in by ambulance for a fall -ended up being treated for a urinary tract infection). In actuality, I had an asymptomatic, sub-acute prostate infection that I’ve had recurring for the past 40 years so the medication prescribed was ineffective. After having an IV, EKG, CXR & Head Ct scan (my only trauma was to my RT Anterior Chest) they gave me prescriptions for antibiotics & pain killers and sent me home. Total time about 4 hours. RecommendedI would like to thank Dr. Reed, Dr. Jones and all the staff in the ER for taking great care of me on Friday, August 3, 2018. I had to have emergency surgery and everyone was so kind and went above the call of duty for me. From the bottom of my heart I thank you.
