My daughter had to have some nuclear med testing today. Jennifer and Cynthia in the imaging registration/waiting area are FABULOUS! They were so friendly, courteous, and more than willing to help EVERYONE. Way to go, ladies. Job well done!

By treating patients no matter how they arrived to the hospital maybe some people don't want to spend $600 on a ride to the hospital by ambulance
I cannot say enough good things about the staff and treatment I received at FHMRH. The problem comes with patients account. I have been trying to get the bill correct since I went in January. They do not open and or respond to emails posted on Mychart. They do not return calls and if you do get through to a real person, they switch you to someone else, and thus you get their voicemail and then they do not call you back. When you call you get a message that they are working on a new phone system, but this has been going on fo... read more

My husband was discharged today and I have to say I've been in many hospitals with others and myself ... This hospital is exceptional! From doctors to the environmental people! Pleasant and so concerned about each moment you are there. Just amazing and so caring ... Thank you for making "our" stay as pleasant as it could be... A role model hospital from each person I met or even walked by the last few days and nights ...
