George is a true gent and knows his cars. Zero pressure, happy to answer any questions and he lets you make up your own mind. Very speedy delivery and a well prepared car would highly recommend
Unfortunately I have had really bad service from this garage. I arranged to collect my car with them. Now this was meant to be the car that helped with my disability and also the fact I was pregnant with my 3rd child which they also knew. On day of collection after already being told the car was ready to collect they told me it hadn't had the rear brakes done. Overall 5 star experience. Great service and George / Zak were very friendly and helpful not to mention how honest they were! Ask you if you want anything to drink which is quite rare nowadays. They even let you use their diagnostic machine and even at closing time George stayed and made sure if we had any more questions about the car after we test drove. From first seeing the car last week to collecting today, George showed how accommodating and how no pressure was being put on the sale and the customers best interests was the main concern, and that the the perfect car was his priority
Picked up my new car today from FirstGear Cars, cannot fault their service brillant from start to finish, very professional and very polite - felt they went above and beyond, would defo recommend to family and friends.
