My husband went there and they informed that no copay was needed due to our insurance. They informed him that he would be charged for a regular doctor visit. The bill arrived. Close to $3500 for one bill and other bill was close to $1500!!!! I almost passed out when I read it!
Unbelievable! Two stitches in my thumb for $2800 and I have Aetna PPO therefore I don't need a network. On my EOB, they billed me twice (same CPT code) but different amount and severity. Whats that about? Called about the error and nothing happened. Asked for a payment option then made a payment of $1000. Now in collection. Anyways filed for mediation with the TDI then after the first letter from the collection agency I filed a complaint. All in a matter of 6 weeks. I cant believe this is really happening. The staff was very nice an friendly.They were very swift about getting me back to see a Doctor .They have a very nice facility. They we're great through out the entire process my doctor even gave me some referrals to follow up with. They turned out to be great referrals.
Love it everyone is amazing, nice, & caring . Took my daughter about 1 week ago her doctor did not give he medicine and said she had a cold same night took her to the ER and the told me what she has have her a shot walked out in about 30 minutes and she got better within 1 day after RE visit...
The staff were friendly and sympathetic and the doctor very attentive. They made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Their follow up calls and cards were thoughtful as well and out of pocket costs were very reasonable. Will go back again for sure!
Exception attentive to patience, stellar care and the they take a personal interest in how you feel and are doing. Million better than Baylor hospital
I loved it they are really good with kids and adults .
Brilliant team in the ER that is sympathetic, empathetic and just down right good & kind people. I was in feeling pretty horrible and when I went in. From the desk where you check in to the discharging Nurse and everything in between treat you like you are a member of their family. I'm so very happy to have y'all in the neighborhood now. It's been a long time coming !
Very fast service,staff is friendly the doctor was a little rude,said to us you again but overall I will only come here from now on they get you in and out.
