Best compassionate and very informative nurses and doctors!
Everyone that we came into contact with from the cafeteria staff to the surgeon who performed our daughter's surgery was kind a d helpful. The nurses were amazing and treated Tisha and her family/friends so well. We spoke to a gentleman whose wife was being operated on to correct something that another surgeon had done poorly. He said that they had driven 160 miles to come to this hospital. Very impressed.
I came in on Sunday morning in extreme pain from a gallbladder flare up. From the second I walked it, I was taken care of with the utmost care and compassion, through an overnight stay, to surgery the next day, and pain management through the night. My surgeon was very nice and made sure I understood what was going on, but it was the nursing staff that truly impressed me. My husband went to the emergency with a kidney infection. They ended up admitting him and he stayed 5 days. It was a great experience. We were very pleased. The nurses are all caring and efficient, the doctors skilled and communicative and the hospital is bright, clean and beautiful (if that's an important factor to people). I highly recommend this hospital!!
I just had a four day stay at Texas Health Hospital and, my experience was a great one. ALL of the staff were absolutely amazing! I was on the 3rd floor (Room 304) and, the nurses were so friendly, caring and helpful in every aspect of my stay. The ER staff was wonderful. The staff who got me ready for my surgery, performed my surgery and helped me afterwards were equally wonderful. Very nice hospital! Nurses were all very nice, and treated me well. If I get sick again, I will go back there. ..... I just read the other reviews on here. I can't speak yet on th bill as I have not received one yet. I pray i dont have the issues that others have had.
My mom spent 2 days here and the staff were excellent! She received such good care and great meals. Thank you so much, was the first time I have been able to leave her with the staff at night!
