Had an outpatient surgery at Texas Health Hospital in March. They have been fraudulently billing me ever since. I've been on multiple calls, even on a recorded line with my insurance company @Aetna. THH reps are unable to explain what the amount I'm being billed is for or why that doesn't match the insurance company records. THH reps routinely transfer the call to voicemail accounts or open a case promising to follow up. They and have never once returned a call and each case has been closed without action because it was open... read more

I had a severe back injury last month and went in to the ER for treatment. I was given a room right away and did not have to wait long at all. I could not sit or stand comfortably at all so this was good I thought I would get treatment right away. That did not happen. The Dr. came in and asked 3 questions - When did this start?, How far can you lean? , Whats your pain level? (Which was 10/10). He then simply said you pulled a muscle take some tylenol and these pills im prescribing and left. I was kind of in shock they were w... read more

The doctor i saw at the emergency room has to be one of the most incompetent doctors i have ever met. I was sent post op, pain excruciating to be checked for blood clots. (Normal procedure - sonogram) what does their doctor do sits in a chair does not examine me, looks at my leg and says you do not have blood clots. The end result i had to be taken to another hospital with compentent doctors that helped save me from heart attack or clots moving to my lungs.

I went to the ER for chest pain. I was in and out in 30 minutes with xrays and an EKG. it was a false alarm this time but it's good to know I can count on Texas Health Hospital.

What a bunch of crooks. We just moved to Frisco and my girlfriend burnt her elbows on the cooktop in our apartment. I took her to the Texas Health facility on Eldorado and North Dallas Parkway about a block away for some first aid. They put some cream and bandages on the burns and charged us $176 cash on the spot. Then we got a bill for a whopping $1353 PLUS $1149 for 5 minutes of the doctors time. I thought usery was a crime in most states. We have not been able to contact anyone as they all say to contact someone else and ... read more

From Johnny & Theresa in the ER to Phyllis & Danny on the 3rd floor - everyone was a complete joy. While spending a night in the hospital was not something I really wanted to do, everyone made it as pleasant as possible.

They are a total ripoff with horrible bedside manners! Both the doctors and nurses lack knowledge of medical resolutions.
