Unnecessary charges
IF you like RUDE upper management and an apartment infested with cockroaches than First Street Place is the place for you! I could only take living there for 9 months then I was forced to move out because the cockroaches where falling from my ceiling on to me while I was watching tv. The only good thing about this place is the over worked maintenance man, he was awesome came in and fixed everything neatly and on time. Other than that terrible.
