Visited a friend there on the weekend and there was dog poop in the hallways. The hallways reeked of dog pee/poop and food smells. Food was left out in the hallways. Carpet stains were horrible. The 1 bedrooms are super small and you have no privacy. Disgusting.

They don’t fix things. And towed my car for no reason. Cost $135 to get it out and they wouldn’t do anything about it. They said oh well. I would think real hard before I would rent here.

I love it here
I have enjoyed my time at First Street Apartments. The amenities are great and staff is always friendly and able to assist with anything right away. Service requests have been quickly done. The elevator sometimes doesn’t work, but overall it has been a great experience.
