I truly like living at this complex! It is in a great location in regards to downtown but still has a quiet environment. I am a senior nursing student so I have to study a lot- it is the perfect place for that! Many of my friends come over from the grid and study often because it is such a quiet place.
The amenities are worth the price and the staff provide a friendly environment for first time renters. Close-knit staff remember your name and will do their best to help. I've lived here for two years, going to be three starting in August. Excellent for Graduate students.
I lived here for about two years. Maintenance was super quick, the staff is so friendly, and the apartments are the most upgraded for your money in Greenville.
