FSP is the best place to live! Management is fantastic, maintenance requests get handled immediately, and the apartments are really nice. I've never had any problems while living here and love it so much I've renewed my lease for another year. Plus, they are pet friendly, and have free events and food for residents every week!
Just moved here in January from the Bellamy and could not be happier! The staff is always smiling and quick to help on anything you may need! They know me by name even though I haven't lived here long at all! Maintenance never has failed to do same day (practically same hour service). It is so close to campus that I'm saving gas money (since I drive daily.) Love it here and already signed for another year! I feel like I found a new close family of friends here :) Thank you FSP!
I love how close it is to campus. When I came to tour, they were having a Candy Bar and I saw where they do stuff like this all the time! I'm excited to live there in the Fall!
The staff and management are awesome! They were eager to help anytime I had an issue. There aren't a lot of parties, so it's pretty quiet there. Also, it's so close to campus that you could walk. I loved living there!
All utilities have gone in and out this year. There were two serious fires last month. And the place is neck deep in dog doo because they don't enforce any rules. And now cleanliness has become a problem. The least you could do is sweep and pick up the trash and dead bugs in the hallways. I will be happy to change my review when something changes. L
