I love First Street Place, but the parking is horrible. My only other issue is bugs. I live on the 4th floor and I don't know where they come from, but it's so annoying. I've never really had this much a problem before. I did let the office know and they came and sprayed, but it hasn't solved it 100%. I just hate bugs and have never had this much of an issue. Maybe it's because we're near the water, but that's the main downside for me. Parking for me isn't great, but it's not a deal breaker.
Love living here! Apartment is perfect size for me and my dog, its fully furnished, located conveniently to downtown and across the street from the town common and has beautiful views of the river! Staff and maintenance has been great so far!
I absolutely love this apartment complex! I then moved into the Province and missed FSP so much. You don't know a good thing until it's gone. I can hardly complain about anything. They go above and beyond for everything. Management actually cares and you truly get your money's worth! Highly highly recommend!
