Jules and Nicola recently sold our house in Stotfold. We had a complicated chain with many moments where it all felt like it was going to fall apart but both Nicola and Jules were incredibly good at smoothing things out, chasing the right people and encouraging us to take stock when we thought it was a disaster. They were amazing, I’d 100% recommend First Step, they were excellent at managing the transaction.

Nicola was a great estate agent and very helpful in the sale of our rental flat. She showed good knowledge of the development and had an honest and realistic approach. We both had immediate agreement on our for sale price and she managed to get us a very good offer. Despite some hiccups in conveyancing, Jo at the same agents was very proactive in arranging for our buyer to move in as a tenant prior to buying. Great service, always prompt and very helpful at every step.
I recently purchased a house through First Step. Throughout the whole process the team were so accommodating, always managed to fit viewings in for us at the time we required and always so helpful and kind over the phone. I was also selling a property with a different estate agent and honestly wish I'd have chosen first step. They kept me more up to date than the estate agents dealing with my sale, and when we encountered a hiccup with the agents for my sale on completion day, did all the chasing and reassured us throughout.... read more
