As some of you know, I am a realtor here in Middle Ga. I was representing a buyer on a older (1890) home located in Macon that tested positive for lead paint. We were to close last week but we found out the person hired by the seller to do some work was not EPA certified after he claimed he was. He basically scammed the seller.
