After having water damage in March and putting off repairs due to COVID-19, we finally finished flooring in just about the whole house. The workmanship of this company is awesome and you don’t have to have a disaster to call on them. I would highly recommend flooring, drywall,painting etc. thru them..

After a major plumbing break coupled with flooding from drainage failure, we called First Response. Their immediate attention to our needs, constant communication and quality work are unrivaled by any other services in our area. They are incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding -- all attributes that are especially needed in stressful situations! We will recommend them first every time anyone asks!
Had major flooding thru-out most of upstairs and downstairs. Took 4 mths for the restorations and I couldn't be Happier with Dale Richmond and all his people, in the field and in their WR office. Easy to work with and first rate repairs. Did what they said the would do and made all appts on time .
Dale Richmond is a quality individual who does a fantastic job.
First response was a terrible experience, they are not a company that I will refer to nobody. They are a rip off and don't take responsibility for the shady work they do. By all means do not use this company.
