We had a fire in our laundry room we called First Response they came in clean my house I got my ductwork cleaned installed a new wood floor in my hallway and dining room did some repainting. My daughter's house was damaged by the tornado on April 1. We called First Response after hearing good recommendations about them. BIG MISTAKE!! They were to start with the roof repair & wanted payment up front. Thank goodness we did not pay them first because the work was shoddy & sub-par. They also expected us to pay for their mistakes in calculating material cost. Needless to say, another company is finishing the work inside the house!!
