They came out the same day that i call, howver once here the guy ran thru the house and said he'd be in touch. A week and a half later i finally get him on the phone and he says u just need a plumber. Ummm rotten floor joist is not plumbers job. I have my plumber and Southeast restoration has a pretty decent sized job to do now. I say don't waste your time, they evidently only want really profitable jobs and not give you a thorough evaluation
A very good group of people that are quick to respond in times of emergency.
I have had nothing but great service from Dale and his folks....We are still waiting on our repairs but it is an insurance issue not a First Response issue. Use First Response with confidence that you will get great service!!!
