We have received the most revolting letter from the "Development Manager" at Ash Grove in Burwell reporting various issues with my mother in law which should have been brought to our attention sooner. She is totally unhelpful and is in the wrong job as she has no compassion. This company is ridiculous. I own a flat in their block - Juniper Court in Hounslow. My tenant told me the flat above is leaking into my flat. It took Firstport two different operators and over 40 minutes for me to explain to them to contact the above landlord and report this issue. What is wrong with this company? This is a standard straight forward issue that block management companies deal with. I am paying £268 per month service charge to these twits.
I live in Lewisham. Worse experience ever with my property I rent from L & Q and firstport are meant to do maintenance work. Lived like this for 2 yrs now
This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. They increase service charge for no reason and never complete or even start the work they’ve identified. An absolute nightmare to get in contact with. They shouldn’t be allowed to operate. It’s taken 12 days (and counting) to resolve an application that was submitted and they won’t let you speak to team leaders or managers. In any other industry they would be rogue traders.
