Nothing positive to say about after sales service which tainted the whole experience of buying a car from them. I wrote to them to cancel an overpriced alloy wheel insurance policy. Notice was given within the 30 day cool off period but the ‘Sales Controller’ (?) didn’t act on this and miss the cut off. At one point he told me to directly cancel it myself outside of the cooling off period (which he missed) and take the loss. They don't even deserve one star.
Bought a 2018 Golf in October. Had a few small issues, knocking from suspension and brakes. Took my car in under the VW 2 year approved warranty and CRA 2015 for it to be repaired. Not fixed, car came back damaged. Mechanic drove it like he stole it with me on a test drive. Denied all damage until I showed a video I took when I got to the dealership 15 min prior. Group 1 Cheaters. They are unfit to trade in the UK. From service rep in Watford to the complaints team at head office are a group of cheaters. They think they are beyond law. They are not ashamed to continuously practice deception at every stage. I bet, you will get a different answer at every desk. I have no idea why VW UK allow this company to carry their brand. They quoted us nearly £600 to replace the VW badge on the front of our car. We bought an original VW badge for £59 and with a simple push click the job was done.
