ETA: they asked me to email them, then never responded. This office never notified me that they ended their relationship with the PA I had been seeing for primary care, Shantell Karbegh. I have some complex diagnoses and had been notifying the office of various medical issues… thinking my primary care provider was getting the information. I have severe “white coat syndrome,” and was very anxious going in for my first visit as a new patient. But Dr. Ramavishnan put me at ease with her reassuring, positive energy, and had a way of making me feel heard. I felt like she saw me as a human being she wanted to help rather than just another case to be managed.
The staff and Dr. Paola Cobb were very nice and made me feel very comfortable today. I will most definitely recommend any one new to join First Medical Associates.
