Was told on the phone that this office would take walk-ins. I urgently needed blood work to be done but was refused as I was “a new patient” and needed to have an appointment two days out. Definitely not organized for urgent care. Avoid if this is what you need.
Front office is extremely difficult to work with. They can take months to resolve billing issues. I’m surprised by the high average rating of this place. This is definitely the worst medical office I’ve ever been to.
