Nishita has helped my injuries heal multiple times and is always so friendly. She used ultrasound therapy on my ankle sprain and it healed very quickly. She has also provided lots of help for my back sprain, including deep massage, laser and ultrasound therapy and sends a range of stretches as part of the treatment plan. Highly recommend!
I was unable to run, struggling with what I thought was a knee injury, but Ridhi diagnosed it as an ankle issue, right from the first session. From then on, she provided a detailed plan of exercises, reinforced with such a depth of knowledge; ensuring that I felt calm and reassured throughout the process. Now, after only a few sessions, I've completed my treatment, and am able to run again without any issues - I'd recommend First Line Physio to anybody who requires support. (Thankful for the great conversations, too!)
Katie was brilliant, correctly diagnosing more complex reasons for my vertigo and helping me correct it quickly.
I have seen Katie from First Line Physio ltd for 2 different injuries now, one being lower back disc/muscle pain. I can't recommend her friendly, professional, personable manner and physio skills highly enough. Katie always provides a thorough assessment of your problem and great physio to get your recovery started.
