I've had an excellent experience with Ridhi here. She has been so knowledgeable, understanding and caring with my treatment. Nothing is ever too much trouble, she takes time to explain what she's doing and is reassuring and professional in her approach. What I particularly love is being given exercises to do at home, so that I can be making my own progress between appointments, giving me some control and accountability. I would highly recommend.

I have been attending First Line Physio for several weeks . I needed advice and treatment for an ongoing rotator cuff injury. I had also developed abdominal muscle soreness and pain following major surgery. My experience at FLP has been absolutely excellent. Katie is so friendly, empathic and a true professional. Had a pulled muscle and trapped nerve. Nishita worked magic in finding and working on the culprit muscle to such an extent that the problem was solved over a couple of weeks. She explains everything she does and gives great confidence to the client. I will definitely have her highlighted in my contacts!

I have been seeing Nishita recently with pain in my hip. Nishita was friendly and professional in her approach, undertaking a thorough assessment before providing clear explanations of how the treatment would proceed. She provided appropriate exercises and follow up notes with further sessions of ultrasound therapy and massage. Nishita’s expertise and compassionate care helped me tremendously. I cannot recommend Nishita or First Line Physio highly enough.
