I have been a customer for over 50 years and have no reason to change. Being local, I have come to know a lot of the employees and feel comfortable talking to them when I need to.
Went to their ATM in Robert and it cancelled the transaction.. informed me the ATM was now temporarily out of order but it still charged my SOC. SECURITY debit card for the $400. Even though this is THEIR error I had to do all the calling to file a dispute thru my debit card co. First Guaranty would do NOTHING to assist me in contacting the debit card co even tho this is THEIR error not mine. It has been 5 days now without the money to pay my rent and I have to wait to be sent paperwork to fill out and send back when origina... read more

The worst banking hours of any bank ever!!!! The only branch that has Saturday hours is Hammond.
Don't work with them!! The worst!! They are terrible!!
