Since buying out the union bank, the customer service has been horrible. No one returns calls or knows what's going on. The attitude of some of the associates are horrible and rude. They also failed to renew my mortgage timely which resulted in false credit reporting that I had to file a claim with the AG to get fixed. If you still bank there, you shouldn't. 10/10 DONT recommend.
This bank is TERRIBLE!!! They bought out the bank I was using. My loan was due to refinance and it’s been since October and now we are in June and my loan still haven’t been completed. That has been 8 months I haven’t been able to make a payment because there isn’t no loan to pay on and they have now ruined my credit. DO NOT do business with them. All they do is lie and not get anything done.

I am not able to access my checking account online. Also they charge a $5 fee to transfer money from one account to another. I wish they had not taken over our small town bank. I may traqnsfer to another bank.
Just closed my accounts here, TERRIBLE bank. What kind of bank tells you that when you deposit cash it doesn't go in until the next day! I wouldn't bank here if they paid me!
the customer service is terrible, they keep locking my debit card randomly and of course you can't get in touch with anyone over the weekend. this is the 3rd time that I have had to go multiple days without access to my money. closing my account Monday
You could start improving by answering your customer service calls.
Horrible bank!! They merged with our community bank in Avoyelles Parish and many customers have had major issues and continue to have issues. They are trying to portray a community bank image but they are far from our Union Bank. We have certainly taken many steps back with this bank. I wouldn’t believe anything they tell you because they have absolutely NO word!!
