This bank is terrible. Not only does it take at least a week to get a new debit card, but their customer service is horrible. I tried to use my debit card on a Saturday and it was declined for no apparent reason. I had plenty of funds in my account and the only person I could talk to was the lost or stolen debit card representative. She informed me that my card was active but she couldn't help me with anything, furthermore, it was a holiday weekend and the bank wouldn't be open again until Tuesday. With all the new technology at the new branch in Amite, they can't even process a deposit slip. I had to go inside to get some cash. What a waste of investor money. I will use my account at Hancock. At least you can get some money w/o going inside.

So last Wednesday I went to the ATM to withdraw some money from my card. The ATM said that it couldn’t process my request at this time but when I looked at my balance the money was withdrawn... they told me that I had to call the card company to have them file a dispute and Wednesday they would check the ATM to see if there was an overage of the money. Closing my Bank accounts with this bank! had issues with them changing me OD charge when my account has overdraft protection. Not a true relationship bank. Dont fall for it!!
always met with a smiling face and great service since I've been cashing my paycheck here..
I ended up closing all 4 accounts - after being with that original bank 26 years! I Moved everything to a local credit union, and they treat you like gold. Constantly updating their technology for their mobile app, unfailingly helpful, and you are not nickel and dime to death with fees. Best decision I ever made.
