Their customer service is horrible. No one knows what’s going on, I call the help line, they tell me one thing, then get to the drive up and they tell me something else. I’ve been leaving messages for over a week now, and have yet to revive a call back.
FGB recently bought out the bank I do business with and since they have taken over I have not been able to get good service and have been given the run around on deposits and withdrawals and still have not gotten any issues resolved. They are horrible and I would not recommend anyone let this company handle your money.
Really embarrassing that you don’t know how to do your jobs! It’s illegal whAt you did today refusing to cash a customer’s check which is an employment check... And no idk what your out of touch with reality teller was thinking you don’t have to have anything there to that. Can't get through on the phone, both the branch and 888 numbers have a busy signal. No response to messages. Been 4 days without being able to access my money.

First Guaranty Bank has been really helpful! I am not sure who manages their Facebook account, but they are awesome. No matter what time it was or even if it was on a weekend they have always been there to help me with any questions or concerns. Their customer service is really nice and helpful! well, this transitioning is a dam nightmare, seems like the numbers they give you arent correct and every ine you speak to has no dam clue whats goin on!!!
I normally work at a chain store in Hammond, but was sent to Amite yesterday. I was sent to the bank to make a deposit and the tellers were rude and crude. They acted like they were doing me a favor. and had a greater than thou attitude. I don’t see how people do business there
