Had fantastic service from this company Ordered a replacement shower chair on the Thursday and arrived the following day on the Friday Fantastic price compared to others online with great customer service and delivery the next day
a guy called Adrian was very abrupt & rude not helpful at all, I purchased a shower tray & screens from them which came directly from the manufacturer of akw the tray was damaged they said because I was a bit out of time frame they refused to exchange so the manufacturer gave me another company to get a tray it came damaged x3 so because akw couldn’t give me an adequate tray they said as a goodwill gesture they will refund 1st class wetrooms MY MONEY for the shower doors well I ring 1st class wetrooms they kept fobbing me of... read more

Excellent customer service both over the phone and in person. Exremely knowledgeable so we highly recommend this company.
FANTASTIC! I rang up with a couple of questions and the chap I spoke to on the phone was absolutely lovely! He was incredibly friendly and helpful. My order even turned up the following day! Who needs Amazon when you've got these guys! I would 100% use again and recommend to anyone!
