Absolutely over the moon with the service I receive from First Class Residential. Sarah and Laura are both very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the renting market. I went into it knowing completely nothing and the ladies managed everything perfectly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I live in the Escala building and since Rodis has been hired as concierge it has been amazing. He is professional, courteous and always friendly. prior to him coming on I was not impressed with FCR, but he has literally turned things around. I know everyone in our building feels the same way.
Absolutely disgusted in the professionalism from a member of staff that contacted me today , my mother has been a good tenant for past few years since moving into the property she always had good words about staff member Laura and always praised her good work, just over 4 weeks ago my mother was told she had weeks to live I contacted the first class lettings to make them aware of situation however the following day on her death bed my mother received a seek of possession notice to leave property,sadly my mam passed yesterday... read more
VERY POOR SERVICE. Staff are rude and do not look after the property. I would not recommend to anyone
