They say their work is guaranteed for 10 years but when you contact them within the year to tell them that the £12,000 you spent fixing the roof hasn’t remotely fixed the roof… you will be ghosted Edit: the initial work was actually subcontracted unbeknownst to us and First Choice did in fact eventually arrange for the subcontractors to come back and rectify the work. I wouldn’t use them again though.

Do not use this company. They do not honour the guarantee- it means nothing. They are not professional tradesmen but unscrupulous and underhand. If something goes wrong they won’t take responsibility and you will be stuck with a failed job that you will have to pay another company to rectify. They shouldn’t be in business and the good reviews are prob fake that they’ve posted themselves!
Start drilling and sawing at 8:00 am in a residential area. No mind for the people who live near by. Thanks guys. If they behave like this then definitely will not be using.
Please do not use John, he will waste your time. Requested for John to visit and give us a quote, after he’s been, I never heard back, very ignorant and unprofessional.
