Who has alzheimer, my loved one or this" doctor"? Ihad to keep giving her the same information over and over again because she kept repeating it wrong. She seemed more interested in checking her cellphone than interacting with the patient. This woman Almeida had an insincere and condescending attitude. She was rude and showed little patient to my senior mom who happens to have alzheimer. There is something that is not quite right with that woman. My appointment was at 3:00 pm I left at 4:45 without been attended by the doctor. It doesn't make any sense to make several appointments at the same time. It shows no respect whatsoever for the patient. Our time is as important as the doctor's time.
Office Staff in charge of making appointments lacks in customer service skills. I was put on hold twice waited 15 minutes only to be told all of the information I provided had been lost. I ran out of patience and hang up. The doctor seems good but I haven't been able to make an appointment yet.
I WAS AT THE OFFICE IN NOVEMBER 2019, I WAS TOLD THAT APPOINTMENTS WAS AVAILABLE FOR FEBRUARY 2020, THEY PUT MY NAME ON A WAITING LIST, KEPT MY PC INTRODUCTORY LETTER, TOLD ME THEY WOULD CALL, NEVER HEARD UNTIL TODAY WHEN NOW THEY TOLD ME THAT NO APPOINTMENT IS AVAILABLE AND WILL HAVE AN OPENING IN MAY!!!MY NAME DOES NOT APPEAR ANYWHERE THE INTRODUCTORY LETTER FROM MY DOCTOR HAS GONE, NOBODY KNOWS WHERE IT IS. THE FRONT DESK AND THEIR SERVICES ARE THE WORST I EVER BEEN INVOLVED WITH. AVOID THIS OFFICE.

Dr. El-Ramey is thorough and very knowledgeable. She gets right down to the the core of the matter and I was grateful for her professionalism and expertise. She was great at getting back to me when I had a concern.
This was my first appointment and wait time was long. However, I would recommend Dr. Ramey to others as my husband and I are very pleased with her. She listens and explains relevant information pertaining to my Myasthenia Gravis. She shows genuine concern and it is very evident. Dr. Ramey was concerned with the length of time (16 years) and dosage of prednisone I have been taking. She started tapering my prednisone (for the past three weeks) and it has been successful so far.
I waited 1 hour and 50 minutes to be seen last time and I have to leave. Do waste your time and effort, go to another doctor. Also the staff members talk about the patients very loud that you can hear all the patients business.I do not recommend this doctor
