Dr. Almeida El-Ramey is an excellent, very caring doctor! The staff and front desk personnel are awesome! One of the very best offices I’ve been in, and I’ve attended on several occasions.

She has been my neurologist for years for multiple issues I have had. She is an excellent clinician that is also kind and listens to her patients.
Dr Almeida El-Ramey is an amazing neurologist. She listens to your concerns, provides a thorough exam and explanation, and works collaboratively with you on the plan of care. In addition, her staff is pleasant, and helpful.

Dr. Almeida El Ramey is very knowledgeable in this field. I originally went to Urgent Care and I was told to get my eyes checked and to see a neurologist. UC no mention of going straight to the ER. When I called Dr. El Ramey's office and explained what was going on with me I got a quick appointment with her. Her staff fit me in right away. This was my first visit to Dr. Margarita Almeida El-Ramey's office. I had waiting a long time for this appointment, and I was not disappointed.The staff was very courteous (although the waiting room was a bit chilly) and I was truly amazed at the thoroughness of this initial examination and the explanations that followed for each test or observation.I have been in a lot of doctor's offices and it was a pleasure to have a really, wonderful, lengthly exam.
This doctor is as negative as she can be. My mom suffers from dementia and sees and talks to her dead parents. I was told by this doctor that anyone who talks to their dead parents shouldn’t be living alone. Does she not know that it is common for this to happen? My mom takes excellent care of her home and herself and although her memory gives her issues and she cannot do what she used to be able to do, I want to find another doctor who will not make her feel like a freak because of her symptoms.
