Should be called last choice homes. Housing officers don't do anything about anything you report , don't reply to phone calls emails . This is the worst housing association I've ever had to endure. Why they employ housing officers is a total mystery because they are never seen or heard just a person with a name who dosent do there job.

Absolutly useless organisation. Girlfriend has been waiting to buy her house for 18mths now since being given the go ahead from Oldham Council. She is now on her second company of solicitors as the first company coould never get in touch with anybody, finding it impossible to proceed, now the second company of solicitors are having the same problem, she has gone through 6 differant mortgage offers already as they only last 3mths.
