It's 4:25 am I'm sitting in my car, in the driveway of my house because Lola is asleep, she's been up since 1am. I'm also bawling my eyes out because nothing makes me feel more like a shit parent then being made to feel like I am making a poor choice by having my daughter checked at urgent care in the middle of the night. My 18 month old broke her leg, and the staff was wonderful. They helped immediately and were very reassuring. The facilities were super clean. I would definitely recommend this facility for an emergency!

We visited the ER at 2 am. My 3 year old was screaming in pain from a really bad ear infection. We were seen immediately after I finished the paperwork. Our nurse was sweet and professional and the doctor was appropriately thorough. As a nurse I appreciate when things are explained in a manner that is courteous and not condescending. I got that here! I went to First Choice with flu-like symptoms (fever, congestion, body aches, etc). I was helped right away by the attentive and friendly staff. I was immediately taken to a room and was attended to by the doctor on duty and nursing staff. I was provided with a thorough explanation of my issue and was monitored carefully for the duration of my visit. My husband, who accompanied me to the ER, was also kept informed while he was waiting. I highly recommend this ER. Service was efficient and friendly.

Fast, clean and friendly! The staff was kind, quick and made us feel very at easy! Up request gave us an excellent referral to a nearby orthopedic!
Great people, very clean, and thorough docs to boot! They had me in and out in under 30 minutes, and treated me great. I am very pleased with the crew of 8 am 12/29/14. From the front desk (although a Mizzou fan, to the doc and check out folks) Great place. My family and I will return! Dr. Conners is awesome
My boyfriend broke his thumb on the evening of 12/02/14. We needed a Dr that would be able to X-Ray and treat his thumb so we looked online and found First Choice Emergency Room. It was only 10 minutes from our house which was very convenient. The office was very clean, nice and quiet. The staff was very nice and Dr. Gerald Douglass was fast, professional and kind. He showed us the X-ray and explained everything thoroughly. We definitely will definitely recommend First Choice Emergency Room to all of our friends and family.
Last night, after getting over a cold, a rash broke out over my full torso (front & back) and thighs. I took some Benadryl and was doused in Calamine lotion. When I woke up this morning the rash had broken out and now covered my entire body – from the tips of my toes all the way to my hairline on my forehead. My eyes were half swollen shut. Walked in with my son and immediately received the care he needed. The facility is clean and welcoming and the nurses and doctor were friendly, caring and compassionate. We will always look for a First Choice ER when emergencies arise.
