This is the third time I have visited this facility. It's always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The process from the time you check in to the time to you leave is quick and easy. So much better compared to the treatment at the larger facilities (hospital ER). I took my child to Harris ER and they treated me like they didn't want me there. My child was running a fever of 104 and they told me "never bring your child here unless she's running a temp of 106 or higher. WHAT?!! Plus the nurse was rude but the ... read more

I was in immediately talking to a nurse and starting treatment. Everyone was so friendly and truly concerned. I received a follow up call the next day as well to make sure I was doing okay.
