It's 4:25 am I'm sitting in my car, in the driveway of my house because Lola is asleep, she's been up since 1am. I'm also bawling my eyes out because nothing makes me feel more like a shit parent then being made to feel like I am making a poor choice by having my daughter checked at urgent care in the middle of the night. Went there with a bug bit. My regular Doctor told me to go to the hospital after I described what it looked like. At first choice I was given some paperwork to fill out. As soon as I sat down to do the paperwork a nurse cam and got me. She asked me questions as someone else took my vitals. Then the nurse went and got the Doctor. I was on vacation/business trip and become ill with one of my chronic g.i. episodes and the doctor took his time to talk with me! The staff was very pleasant!

My son had a fantastic experience here. The nurse was amazing. She had been burned before and was very helpful with his pain and after care suggestions. He was taken in right away and his pain was relieved very soon after we got there.

Had a great experience at this location! My son sprained his ankle on a Sunday afternoon! We were in and out of here in less than 45min, X-Rays and all! I would definitely go back!!

I went to First Choice Emergency Room because my son cut his head open. We were greeted as we walked thru the doors. We were given some paperwork to fill out and within minutes we were brought back to be seen by a nurse. Although the wait after that was about an hour to see the doctor, he apologized for the wait and took care of my son in a professional manner. Everyone was friendly and courteous and I would definitely recommend my friends and family to visit this location if they need to.

Went to the facility due to a dog bite. From the time we arrived, the staff was compassionate and informative. We didn't know that a dog bite resulted in a mandatory disclosure to city animal control authorities, so I was at first reticent to be treated since the dog was a neighbor's dog that had probably reacted out of pain to an arthritic condition.
