It's 4:25 am I'm sitting in my car, in the driveway of my house because Lola is asleep, she's been up since 1am. I'm also bawling my eyes out because nothing makes me feel more like a shit parent then being made to feel like I am making a poor choice by having my daughter checked at urgent care in the middle of the night. Had a allergic reaction to something and I ended up going to this clinic twice and they basically said I should definitely go to an ER and I'm glad I came to first choice! First off I called to make sure my insurance was accepted and they were able to tell me in less than 3 minutes, and being that I lived right down the street I was there in 5 minutes. I was seen as a patient at First Choice Emergency Room and was impressed with how quickly they got me to a room. Everyone was so friendly through my whole visit. I was able to get treatment and be on my way quickly. Thank you, First Choice! This will always be my choice for any emergency.

I visited this location just a couple weeks ago. Overall I had a great experience. The nurse that helped me was so friendly and made me feel at ease. She made me feel a lot better and was very detailed about how she could help me.

The facility is nice and the person I brought received quick service. Overall a good vist other than the nurse being pretty rude to start out with.

I took my 10 year old in for a spider bite. The building was clean and inviting. All of the staff was curteous and kind. I feel like my son was very well taken care of by all of the nurses and doctors. We also received a follow up call the next day to check on his condition. Thank you!

I just want to say how GREAT this E.R. is! I don't think we've had a better experience at one! They were not busy, so we didn't wait long to be seen. The staff was friendly and caring. If we are ever in the area again when disaster strikes, we will definitely be coming to see you for repeat care!!

I wasn't a patient, but I ended up bringing my sister Janet Mason Brown up this past Friday morning, close to 8am. The facility was nice, and welcoming, the staff was more than helpful. Quick service, and the staff was very attentitive, to her needs :) very impressed. .. Can't wait til your sister building opens up in the NRH area.
my little grandson didn't have a problem with the doctor at all, Landen let them checked his ear and never had a problem
