My first experience of medical care since leaving the UK 9 months ago, and a very pleasant experience it was, all things considered. Staff were very attentive at all points during my visit and explained everything clearly and concisely. We had no wait because, a, we booked online, and b, there was nobody else in, so we were seen quickly and efficiently and on our way home within 30 minutes. This was the best care for my child! We went in scared about my son's condition (son, grandparents and I) and the staff was so friendly from the moment we arrived. They eased my son and set him up in the "fun" room, joked with him, asked him questions and described the entire process to us. Then upon checking out gave him a care bag, some stickers and such a friendly treatment! Went here with a dislocated shoulder. They were very quick, precise and extremely friendly/nice. I would recommend this location and would go back my own self anytime I need care that they can provide, thank you for a pleasant experience.

Excellent care & follow up for our 5 year old who needed 10 stitches for a gruesome cut on his forearm. Our doctor & the nurses were excellent with my little guy!
Visited this location earlier this week with my husband. He was having some unexplained chest pains. Turned out to be a pulled muscle on the outside of his rib cage near his heart. The doctor and nurse on duty that day were very attentive to us. We were escorted back immediately and they began running tests right away. The x-ray tech was was very funny and helped to lighten the mood and put my husband at ease. The facility was very clean and well organized. Last week, my 2 year old woke me up in the middle of the night. He was crying and coughing uncontrollably, he said he could not breath. My husband & I rushed him to First Choice and from the minute we walked in the nurses were helpful and the doctor treated him pretty quickly. I was very satisfied with the service and the treatment that we got. I highly recommend First Choice to all my family and friends.
