I'm also bawling my eyes out because nothing makes me feel more like a shit parent then being made to feel like I am making a poor choice by having my daughter checked at urgent care in the middle of the night. the staff is very rude I would not recommend anyone to go there
I went in for some back pain I was having. The care was ok, but what I am most concerned about is that I feel like I was bait and switched. On my insurance I pay $60 for urgent care and $300 for an ER visit. The woman took my insurance card and none of this was even mentioned. I got a steroid shot and a shot for the pain which is the same that an urgent care would have done just way more expensive. The doctor was nice but considered me nonemergent. Just to have blood work done and prescriptions written to me, they wanted to charge me $324 dollars. So needless to say, I will not be going back to that place. The finance lady was absolutely rude as well. Could have gone to Medical City Alliance and been well taken care of and been billed. Screw you guys!

At 445am, I walked in this door,filled out a page of info and was immediately seen by nurse a physician. I had been stung by Yellow Jackets and had venom in my hand that was causing severe swelling, redness, skin fever and horrible itching. Was given 2 prescriptions and I was out of there by 30 minutes. Awesome
Came into the ER around 4. It was empty so I was seen immediately. My son needdd some X-rays and they were really friendly even though he was yelling his head off. They were very professional and kind! Would recommend!
They are the most careing doctors and nurses i ever met im from ms and wen i tell u fast ,caring & most nicest i have ever known from front desk to back very peasant well organized hospital love it and people working there they really care
I came in for pneumonia and needed IV antibiotics that at first I was told I couldn't breastfeed on. This is my last baby and wasn't expecting or prepared for that so it was pretty devastating news but I knew I needed the medicine. I cried a little after it sunk in but was determined to look in the positive side. I love Texas Health Emergency Room they are fast and all the staff is awesome
The dr made me feel like I was stupid for coming.. no bedside manner at all..
