The front desk greeted us as soon as we walked in. Once I completed the registration forms for my 10 year old daughter we were called to be seen. The nurse, technician, front desk and doctor were all friendly. The doctor was very thorough. I will refer family and friends. I especially appreciated that I got a phone call from FC the next day inquiring on how my daughter was feeling.Very nice facility.
Wonderful !! really appreciate the fact that Dr. Daniels was able to communicate in Spanish, everyone in the staff was very nice and polite!!
Had a great experience there! My son got elbowed at school and had to get stitches. I remembered this place because I stopped by when they had their grand opening celebration and they gave us a tour. Dr. Patrick was awesome and stitched my son right up with a few jokes in hand to make him smile. We didn't wait long at all and were out of there pretty fast. He also called to follow up a few days later to check on him. Will go back there again if necessary.
Took my son in after a slip and fall in school. Great staff, super friendly and fast. Made him feel comfortable and fixed him up.
Went in at around 4:00pm. My son was seen quickly and the staff was so friendly. Very happy with the service.
Not the way I planned on spending 4 hours of my night tonight but so grateful we chose to go to this ER! Thanks for the AMAZING care my daughter received tonight! I've been to a few urgent care/ER places and have never had a good experience. This was my first GOOD experience! Thank you to the amazing staff for their care and patience with my child! Just a like to say tanks, not for only take my little boy Derek with great service, nice and friendly people all from the front desk to the doctor. Amazing service you make this hospital be deferent to all the rest of the emergency rooms. My soon is much better and just took a little of you time to find out what was he sick. Very professional. This place is awesome and has a top notch staff!!!
Very impressed. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. No wait time both times (to get stiches and then get them removed) around 7 in the evening. In and out in 20 minutes, a little different than the 6 hours with my toddler in the hospital ER for the same 6 stitches. They made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions about the emergencies they can take care of.
