The experience was wonderful, I was seen really fast and done quick !
We had a minor emergency and some stitches were needed on a family member. We were in and out in about one hour. Thenoffice staff was very polite and offered my kids water, Gatorade and stuff to help keep them occupied. The hospital staff was extremely nice and talkative. The facility was very clean and comfortable. They even took the time to clean off some items that they could have just thrown in a bag/ and said here you go. Had to make a trip there last night with my son because we were afraid he broke his ankle. They got us right in and everyone was extremely nice. The nurse, x-ray technician and doctor were very attentive, answered all our questions and showed/explained the x-rays to us. The receptionist was great too. Very friendly and they acted, but more importantly, showed that they cared. Heaven forbid we have to make a trip to the emergency room again, but if we do First Choice Emergency Room will be my first choice
We were seen immediately. The staff was friendly and related well to my son. The doctor answered all my questions and did not make me feel rushed. If we are ever in an emergency situation again, I would not hesitate to take any of my family members here.
Had to take my son here on 10/17 when he came out of his room with breathing issues. They were able to get him back in a room with a doctor before I had even started filling out any paper work. All the staff was exceptional and more than accommodating. While we were waiting they even brought me some coffee and got my son a warm blanket. Even though we had to stay a little longer for monitoring we were out a lot quicker than if we would have gone to the hospital. So when we all got food poisoning, the first place I thought to go to was First Choice Emergency Room in Pflugerville. Holy Cow! I'm so glad I picked them. They were fast, SUPER Friendly, very understanding, and everything you could ask for in an emergency setting. They are a stand alone, 24/7 ER and it's so worth going there. I know we would have waited hours at any other ER, and when you have seafood poisoning, time is important. Every minute counts. I HIGHLY Recommend these guys. First class operation! Dr Gill and his staff Katelyn and Kerstin treated me with exceptional care. I had a blunt-force trauma and was bleeding badly when I showed up. Katelyn scanned my head and neck to make sure my brain was ok and that my skull wasn't cracked. Then Dr. Gill stapled me up - 11 staples across two lacerations on the side of my head. Had to take one of the girls to the ER tonight. The service was excellent. The staff was very kind and efficient. Will definitely be using First Choice for my ER needs.
My husband fell and hurt his head pretty badly. He needed 13 staples. I have to say the staff was amazing, kind and helpful. The doctor was amazing. Thank you.
