I went first choice emergency because i was nit doing well i ended up having bronchitis. The service was excellent nurses and doctors were very kind. The facility was very clean. I would recommend FCER to everyone. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
I went here on Friday afternoon and as soon as I walked in I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and there was no wait time. The doctor was very nice and took good care of me. My husband was with me the entire time and we felt like we were in good hands. I would recommend this place to any friends or family that live in the Pflugerville area.
Went in early one morning (2:30 am). There was no wait, staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out in less than an hour and the dr called me 2 days later to check on me! Feels good to know they are close by and always there when you need them.
This is a First class place from the receptionist to the Doctor. Very courteous and professional! Highly recommended ER
I went to ER on 1/9/15 after my daughter hurt her ankle in her BBall game. We just wanted an xray to make sure it was not broke. The front desk, tech, nurse and doctor were all great. They offered us something to drink and our wait time was very minimal. I would recommend this place in Pflugerville to anyone.
These people were super nice and friendly. They answered all the questions we had, very nice!
I took my granddaughter in instead of going to the hospital ER. She had a 103.3 temp when we got there. We got in fast and they took care of her right away. Everyone was so friendly and supportive. I will definitely go there the next time an emergency arises instead of going to the hospital ER. We were in and out of there in an hour and a half. We'd have probably still been sitting in the hospital ER waiting room if we'd gone there. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
I came in yesterday (Monday, January 5th). They got me taken back quickly. The nurse's listened to what was wrong with me and i did not have to repeat myself. When the Dr. Porter came in, she listened and gave me the options of what to do. They seemed like they understood that I was in a lot of pain and quickly went to work. They got me referred to a surgeon. I actually recieved a call from Dr. Daniels asking me how I was feeling. My husband didnt even get a call from the ER he went to after his severe car accident.
