In every way possible - the First Choice ER team was on top. Kind, professional, fast, thorough. Test results came back quickly and the follow-up was a very pleasant surprise. To sort of quote a famous adult beverage spokesperson - "I don't go to the emergency room very often, but when I do - it will be the First Choice ER!"
I recently visited the ER here and it was the best experience I have had at an ER. The staff and Doctors were very kind and professional. I have passed by their location several times and when I needed to go to an ER this was my First Choice...pun intended. I felt like I was getting the best care possible while I was admitted. I recommend this location if you are in need of medical attention.

I went here for a follow up on an injury I received two weeks prior. I was worried, and didn't want to wait for my doctor to refer me to someone that I would have to wait to see. I also did not want to wait in a standard ER because it can be hours before anyone recognizes you are there. So I came to First Choice. The lady who had me fill out the form was so nice and helpful. We took our 8 year old daughter in on a Saturday morning, but first pre-registered online to save some time. Quick and easy process, the staff was very friendly and made our daughter feel very comfortable. Knowledgeable staff, in and out in less than an hour. Way to go guys!
Dr Daniels, Erin, Kerstin, and Crystal were very efficient and seemed to genuinely care. They kept me informed throughout my stay and I did not feel the IV. I would definitely refer others to them and go back if ever needed in the future.
I went in on Mother's Day due to a bad headache. Everyone was great and friendly. I had no wait time from when I arrived to when I was called back. I felt comfortable the whole time there. If I ever have to go back, I won't hesitate to go.
I woke up on Mother's Day with an extremely painful sore throat, I could not swallow and my glands felt like water balloons under my neck. I went to another urgent care clinic but they did not open until 10:00 AM so that location is not convenient. I remembered that a new clinic opened up the road so I went to see if they were open. They were very helpful and attentive to my needs. Quick service and a friendly staff I wish all interactions with medical institutions were this pleasant. I went in nervous and came out reassured everything was fine. Glad I chose them for my emergency.
