First time here but was well taken care off and fast and caring. Such a sweet staff I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Urgent care was already closed and the thought of sitting in a hospital emergency room for hours wasn't how I wanted to spend my night. My son had excruciating ear pain and it couldn't wait until the morning. I remembered receiving info in the mail for First Choice ER and had kept their magnet on the side our fridge. I hopped in the car with my son and headed over to their closest location which was thankfully only about 5 min away. Very nice staff. I normally hate to go to any ER however, this office was a pleasant surprise. The whole staff which was Skylar, Erica, Scott and Dr Porter from the moment we arrived were so kind and accommodating. I would highly recommend this location and will use again if needed.
They were so fast and friendly. I was in pain and left feeling much better and more informed about my health issue. Definitely would recommend them... If you need medical attention in a hurry... But hopefully no one does!
Had to take my 2 yr old grandson in the evening of February 17th. We couldn't have ask for a more caring and polite staff. Made my grandson feel very at ease thru the whole examination. And that says a lot for a 2 yr old lil boy. Angels were there to watch over him. Thank you for your excellent care.
If I had to go anywhere for emergency care this would be my First Choice! Stuff is amazing and very caring. Dr. Gill, I can't thank you enough.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgable. They covered all bases in order to rule out all possibilities. I was treated in a timely manner and appreciated their help!
After my son incurred a injury during football, we went to first choice emergency in Pflugerville. All the staff were fantastic-caring, friendly and professional. We were seen straight away and all paper work was simple. I would not hesitate in recommending FCER, first class!
