2nd time visiting First Choice. I love the super friendly staff and short wait times. Anytime a friend or family member has an emergency, I tell them to go here. Wouldn't go anywhere else for emergencies.
I was seen @ First Chiice Emergency Room last Thursday after cutting myself at work. The staff was amazing from check in to check out, very professional and extremely friendly and to top it off I didn't have to wait! Thank you!
Had to go in for severe back pain. Everyone was very kind & had me in & out in no time.
Went in one afternoon. Very short wait maybe about 15 minutes. Entire staff was very attentive and informative. Definitely will recommend to anyone!
My girlfriend and I have been sick with what appeared to be the flu and possibly strep throat. We had waited three full hours at concentra urgent care before even being called into a room so we decided to come to first choice because we had a very good experience there in the past for a non related injury. When this place opened less than a mile from our house, we knew we'd be visiting eventually due to our accident-prone child! Multiple sprains and broken bones are her specialty. Sure enough, last week we ended up at First Choice ER to rule out torn ligaments in her knee and ankle. Luckily, they turned out to be just badly sprained, but we were seen quickly and efficiently. Appropriate tests were done, and we left with wraps, crutches, pain meds, and school notes. Thanks! Sadly, I'm sure you'll see us again. :(
We are new to the area and there is not a hospital close to where we live. My husband suffers from AFIB and had heart Palpitations and found First Choice by reading their reviews. Let me just start by saying that the facility is IMPECCABLE. Cleanliness is a big deal to us and we were immediately greeted and asked to sign in.
