Best er i have ever been to the nurses were very nice n cared about my pain and me as a person the docter was knowledgeable and thorough no wait n all business but still made me comfortable head nurse even gave me a hug as i was leaving

My husband just had a root canal and was in between dental appointments when he started feeling horrible pain tonight. Of course with it being a Sunday, the dentist office was closed. We decided to take him to First Choice in hopes they could quickly see him. Within 20 minutes he was seen and we were out of there with a rx for some strong antibiotics. My daughter was on vacation during he Christmas Holidays when I came down with what everyone else in North TX is passing around.... walked in to 1st Choice, Doctor there available and was treated with prescriptions in hand. Thank you... the process was easy
Who wants to be sick on Christmas? I certainly didn't want to be :-( Fortunately, you were open during the wee hours of the morning. I was in and out within an hour and able to see our children open presents! Your staff was friendly and the facility was clean and organized. Thanks!!
I called ahead and the Doctor answered the phone. He asked me some questions and I drove right over. They were waiting for me and I was seen almost immediately. Dr. Martin and his staff were polite and professional. The following day, Dr. Martin called to check on me, the next day I got a note in the mail signed by all of the staff. Outstanding care facility.

Best experience ever, when needing to go to the ER. The decor was pleasing to look at. Our visit was in December and they were nicely decorated for the season. Everyone there was super nice and the next day, the doctor called my husband to see how he was doing. Was not a long wait at all and was pleased to see that it is an actual Emergency Room and not just an emergency clinic. Open 24/7. Will definitely go back but hope I won't need to!
