My 14-year old son broke his arm a week ago playing football at school. We chose to go to First Choice ER because it was literally right around the corner from the high school. Our wait time was minimal (I didn't have enough time to fill out the paperwork and they were already taking us back). They Could have been a little more friendly. But they took care of my daughter so i can't complain haven't gotten the bill yet so idk what to say about that. It was pretty fast.

All I can say is WOW, everything that is done at an actual hospital would take 1/2 a day. At First Choice I was seen and treated and referred to a specialist within an hour. Very pleased, Thank you to all the staff all First Choice, Colleyville.
I was seen right away. The staff was friendly. I would go back for any of my families emergency needs.

I think we spent about 10 minutes in there, spoke to a nurse and saw a dr during that time. Then comes the bill, $1,600 for a dose of Motrin and a diagnosis of an ear infection! Outrageous!! Only reason to go to one of these places is if you like throwing your money away, save yourself the time and just light it on fire!

From the moment we walked in, they took the best care of us. My son had fallen by the pool and needed stitches...the receptionist welcomed us and got us back to the nurses and doctor in less than a minute, and the nurses had to really work with my 5-year old to hold him and to get the work done. They were great. Completely professional, and they gave every piece of information, follow-up prescriptions, easy for me to understand and quickly. I was in and out of the ER in an hour.
