I received a low dose (ineffective) antibiotic prescription for a self-diagnosed UTI. Other than routine (Temp/BP/Urinalysis) no other testing was required. Bill $1,400. Excessive fees for minimal care without satisfactory results. I had to seek medical attention elsewhere.

I went to this ER with chest pain late at night. I was taken back right away with no wait. The nurse was less than friendly, but no big deal. They ask me lots of questions, run an EKG and some blood work, and give me some numbing medicine to drink. Say they are going to do an ultrasound to make sure it isn't gall bladder related. They get the blood/EKG test results back and tell me it isn't my heart or gall bladder (even though they never did an ultrasound) and that it was my esophagus if the numbing meds lessened the pain a... read more

They had us back before we finished the sign in. Had to repeat the same story to three different people before the doctor ordered the X-ray. Got back to tests within 45 min. After that it was nearly 2 hours before we got the results and got to leave. They had 2 other people come in after us and there's only one Dr on staff. We got good care but not sure this was quicker than the real ER. But WAY better than going to CareNow who turned us away.

It was a surprisingly painless experience! From arrival to finish. I fell on my face, literally, and had a gash across the bridge of my nose. As I feared, I needed stitches. The nurses and the ER doctor were all awesomely gentle and kind. But no more walking with my phone in front of my face. I am very fortunate not to have broken my nose or knocked any teeth loose or out!

I don't usually leave bad reviews but I highly advise yall to look elsewhere. They are very polite and all which is why I didn't give a 1 star but will charge you outrageous prices and if you do go I would advise not to get a CT scan or let them add anything you don't consent to. I would be in complete debt right now if I didn't have two insurances. $14,000 after first insurance just because I didn't know I had a kidney stone that was causing the pain. Oh yeah and 10 months later I received an additional bill for the radiolo... read more
