I went into the ER last night I dreaded going because I knew it was an ER and really can't afford another bill, even with insurance, but I was having difficulty breathing and thought I had pneumonia, but it was my COPD, I was called back before I ever finished my paperwork, the staff was very friendly I had vitals taken, seen the DR, had an X Ray done, received a breathing treatment, injection of a steroid, and was then given my scripts and discharged all in an hour... I'm still dreading the bill though...
Very clean establishment with professional employees! The customer service is phenomenal and there is no WAIT time!! I went in with strep throat and they took care of me almost better than my primary doctor! I'm grateful for this establishment!
Do not visit this facility if you are experiencing a non-emergency medical issue. I brought my 6-year old daughter in with a minor bladder infection. I was never told that I was visiting a true 'Emergency Room' and would be charged at a categorically higher rate. 30 minutes of time with the doctor and one urine culture cost me $2983. There is no sign in the reception area that indicates what you will be charged, and the receptionist will not warn you of this. One star is being generous. Staff was friendly but its a scam. Charged me $287 to take my blood pressure. Went because my hand had swollen to twice its size and couldnt close it or barely move my fingers. Gave me something to take the swelling down, which it did, but what they gave me caused me to break out in hives the next day and have had them going on a month now. Should have just had to pay my ER copay but just received a bill from them for several hundred dollars. Will be calling my insurance company to report this pla... read more

Went in for a rash on my skin and received medication. A couple of weeks later I receive a bill for $1500. I wish I would have gone to Care Now or Baylor hospital! Ridiculous!
Headed straight to these guys upon returning to the US with terrible bronchitis and sinusitis! Thankful that they got me right in and on my way with the proper meds to make me feel better. Thanks, gang!
If I could give less than one star for this facility, I would!! I have never received poorer care nor a higher charge (for both the facility and doctor). The doctor never crossed the room to even directly look at what was going on with me. He merely went off what I said I had in the past and ordered a shot and meds. I can't believe a doctor wouldn't come actually view with his own eyes my arms that had complete hives and were swollen to twice their size. My husband and I took our 2.5 year old son around 4 am today. He had difficulties coughing and breathing. We were escorted straight to a room, I filled out paperwork while the nursing staff and doctor examined him. My son was was diagnosed with Croup, so he was given a steroid shot, a breathing treatment, and he is feeling a little better. The staff was EXCELLENT!! They were on top of everything, and checked on my son frequently, which put me at ease. I would definitely recommend coming here!
