The entire staff made you feel completely welcome. When we walked in the door, we felt like we were about to be helped with open hearts. Was the first time I've been to First Choice, and it definitely was a first choice. Thank you to the staff that helped us that day. God bless

Don't go here unless you are dying! I went in for 3 stitches in my finger and was charged $5000!!! What a rip-off. All the convenience in the world isn't worth that price. I could have gone across the street to Care Now for a lot less. Now I've got a two year loan to pay. I am so mad I wish there was an organization I could report them to.

Visited First Choice Emergency Room for a broken foot last week and couldn't have had a better experience! Incredible and extremely fast service close to home. It is certainly the best place to go for an emergency.

I took my husband in to the emergency room because he had passed out at work and fell and hit his nose and had a gash in it. We walked right in and filled out papers and was immediately seen. The nurses and Dr was very attentive and treated us like family. We were very impressed with the amount of time that it took to be seen. He even had an x-ray to see if he had any fractures. We will definitely return to this emergency room. Allison G

I visited First Choice Emergency Room today and to my surprise I was in and out in less than an hour. They addressed my problem quickly and the doctor and staff were very pleasant and showed they cared about your health. If an emergency comes up again i will definately go to First Choice. This emergency room is fast and helpful when you have an emergency and don't want to wait at HEB Texas Health ..I had a dog bite they were there and saw me right away in and out no waiting !! The staff is nice and helpful and compassionate to your ER needs !!
