My son woke up early on a Sunday morning with a high fever, so I decided to try First Choice ER. From the first encounter at check-in to the attentive nurses to the friendly doctor, our experience was first rate! My son was tested for flu and strep and we were in and out in less than an hour and a half. I would definitely recommend this ER if you can't get into your regular doctor!

First choice took great care of my scared little boy who needed some stitches on his head. They were very sweet to him and took great care of him. The facility is very clean and has everything you need. I would definitely go back in case of another emergency. Glad they are in my neighborhood.

On Monday evening my wife took a spill and it turns out fractured both ankles. Headed to First Choice Emergency Room Colleyville and they swept us in for exam, x-rays, splints, and spent quite some time on the phone trying to locate wheelchairs at 8 PM. Wonderful, thoughtful, caring service. She's doing well, thanks in large part to this excellent service.
We were in and out in 30 minutes. They were very attentive, careful, and considerate. I will go here over the ER St the hospital any day!!!!
This was our second time to visit First Choice in Colleyville and again we were WOWED by the service we received. From the young lady at the front desk to the nurses that took care of me, to Mr. Martin who diagnosed my problems EVERYONE was top notch! Thanks for the quick AND excellent service.

This was by far the best experience in an ER I have ever had. Not only was the place extremely nice and clean, the staff was very polite and knowledgeable and as well got me in and out as quickly as possible. I was able to schedule online and let them know what time I could arrive and before I finished filling out the paper work once I got there, they were already calling me back to the room. First Choice gives five star emergency room care! I lacerated my knee joint and broke my ribs. Within minutes of arrival I was met w/a wheelchair and was whisked into a room with immediate attention. Front desk staff, nurses, Drs.-kind, caring ,knowledgable and professional! Follow up call the next day to see how I was and even sent a individually signed card from the staff. First Choice will always be my first choice!
